Social media login data

We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details. If you choose to do this, we will collect certain profile information from the social media provider as described in Section 5 below.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

02

How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.

What Legal Bases Do We Rely On?

We only process your personal information when we have a valid legal reason to do so — such as your consent, to comply with laws, to fulfil contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfil our legitimate business interests.

If you are located in Canada

We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (implied consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted to process your information without your consent, including for fraud detection, business transactions, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted under Canadian privacy law.

05

How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

If you register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you — such as your name, email address, and profile picture — as provided by your social media provider.

We will use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We are not responsible for other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider, and we encourage you to review their privacy notice.

06

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

07

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services.

If we learn that personal information from users under age 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. You may also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time.

Withdrawing your consent

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12 below. Note that this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. You may still receive service-related messages necessary for the administration of your account.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to DNT signals. Because there is currently no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honouring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
